Printing

The true art of craftsmanship!

Printing is one of the most rewarding steps in the entire process. Many steps are involved in the craftsmanship of a fine art print. Acrylic face-mounting is a true art form that we perfected and requires multiple stages before completion. We start by printing on an archival metallic paper and then we let the ink dry off for a couple of hours. The print is then carefully inspected by André for any imperfections and once it passes the test, he can then sign & number it. We then have to use a double-sided laminated sheet to be able to mount the thick acrylic glass in front of the print. This protects the print and gives a luxurious three-dimensional look to the scenery.

We do the same process for the back of the image with a similar size aluminum sheet to give the piece more rigidity.

Finally, the back of the entire piece is then fitted with aluminum rails to help with wall mounting and also to separate the final piece from the wall for that floating wall look. This process is followed methodically to assure quality and precision on every print.
